We are an established national flooring company that specializes in multifamily and single family rental flooring products and installation. We are actively seeking industry professionals with relevant experience to join our team. An ideal candidate will have developed relationships in the space already and the ability to hit the ground running. Most aggressive compensation structure in the space. Negotiable based on experience and existing book of business.
Our goal is to find experienced professionals and provide you with all of the necessary warehouse and back office support you need to be as successful as possible. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct warm calling to generate new business leads
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager specifically in multifamily, single family rental and/or builder flooring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
