Job Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to learn the menu quickly.
- Takes full responsibility for producing the guest's order accurately.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Is considerate of other team members by not calling out or not showing up on time for shifts.
- Doesn't participate in drama and comes to work with a positive mental attitude.
- Can make the guest feel welcome at our restaurant.
- Participates in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
- Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
- Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by management.
- Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
