Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Maintain HR records and reports, and utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.

Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide support.

Manage HR team members and provide leadership and guidance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of HR management experience.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
