The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a remote role and plays a pivotal role in advancing scientific and clinical understanding of CooperSurgical medical devices used in surgical procedures among key stakeholders, including key opinion leaders (KOL), healthcare professionals, researchers and institutions. The MSL will serve as a subject matter expert on surgical gynecologic medical devices, providing scientific support, fostering KOL relationships, leading research initiatives, attending and supporting relevant conferences, and providing in-person and virtual grant support for surgical gynecologic medical devices trainings. This position requires a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD, DNP, PA, APRN) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in women's health or gynecologic surgery preferred.
- Strong background in women's health, reproductive biology, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies, data analysis, and evidence-based medicine.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50-70% of the time) as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and provide in-person educational grant support.
- Clinically experience in gynecologic surgery required.
