Overview:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
This position is based at a remote home office.
About the Role:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events

Builds relationships with prospects that could become customers

Contacts and qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods

Expand and maintain a database of leads and prospects
-
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
-
Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation

Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
-
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
-
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
About You:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
3+ years of proven sales experience
-
Experience with seeking new business opportunities in the market
-
Experience with setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
-
Healthcare experience plus
-
Knowledge of 340B and the HRSA database a plus
-
Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite individuals both internally and externally
-
Outstanding communication skills via phone, video conferencing, in person, and presenting to groups

Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate strategic alliances

Effective writing skills with strong grammar via emails, letters, and reports to various audiences including work groups, teams, company management, internal and external clients

Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Strong organizational skills

Able to use available technology, including smartphone, tablet and/or notebook computers and other devices, as well as other Wi-Fi enabled devices and services

Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license and good driving record, as well as active motor vehicle insurance

Willing and able to travel for business - approximately 25% to attend conferences, events, team meetings

Pay range: $67,500- $93,500 per year, based on credentials and geographic location
