As a customer service representative, you will be the tip of the spear in delivering a stellar customer experience. You would confidently explain and guide the customer through our service process and help build trust and rapport.

The duties of this position include:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails regarding customer service inquiries.
- Take any incoming billing question and accurately input payment methods.
- Responding to customer complaints with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Handling customer request and inquiries in a friendly and positive manner.
- Accurately entering data and records with each inquiry.
- Scheduling and routing service appointments in an efficient manner.
- Taking detailed notes and applying them to our PestPac software after each customer interaction.
- Take any other incoming call regarding our services.
- Assisting the Administrative Coordinator with miscellaneous duties on an as needed basis.

- Must have strong typing skills with high level of accuracy
- A minimum of at least 1 year of previous customer service or administrative experience.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
