Position description
This position is remote and reports to the Mental Health Team Manager. In this critical role, you will support gestational carriers and Intended Parents as they work together in a surrogacy journey to build a family. You will also work with the team to evaluate gestational carriers to ascertain their candidacy for the program.
Position Responsibilities

Facilitate support groups for gestational carriers.
- Support intended parents during their journey.
- Perform mental health screening and assessments for gestational carriers and their partners. This includes interpreting PAI test results and writing a report.
- Work with the mental health team to develop new support strategies for surrogates and intended parents.
- Collaborate inter-departmentally to create and refine impactful client-facing and operational protocols.
Experience & Skills

A master's degree, plus licensure in counseling, social work, or similar field is required.
- Excellent references.
- Ability to see clients on evenings and weekends, as needed to meet the needs of our clients.
- Professionalism in personality, appearance, and work product.
- Attention to detail and organized approach to tasks and record-keeping.
- Warmth and grace to quickly build rapport with clients and other team members.
- Effective written and verbal communication style, with clear, grammatically correct language.
- Proven ability to work individually and to bring joy to a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Courage to use keen problem-solving skills and help refine the processes of a growing
