Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our team for part time work including Saturdays As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and ocular health assessments
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses

- Educate patients on proper eye care practices and answer any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometry practices and technologies
Skills:
- Experience in providing care for senior patients and pediatric populations
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Proficient in sales systems related to optical products
- Knowledge of medical coding practices for accurate billing and documentation
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state license to practice optometry
- Board certification preferred but not required
