Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time management skills from a construction administration background.
This is a hybrid position with the majority of work being remote. In-office training will be required initially with occasional weekly/monthly in-person meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support across all departments.
- Produce, process, and maintain payroll and timekeeping records with high accuracy.
- Maintain personnel records. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
- A/R and AIA payment applications.
- Job costing.
- Produce job close-out documents.
Requirements:
- Must have a home office set-up with adequate workspace and high-speed internet connection.
- Must be comfortable with macOS and Apple products.
- Must hold a current NC Notary commission or be able to obtain commission within a short amount of time. This requires a clean background check.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks Online.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
