Overview:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for serving as the primary coordinator and contact between sales, customers, goldsmiths, watch repair and vendors, ensuring all customer information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for watches and jewelry in need of repair. Remains in constant communication with customers, keeping them updated on the status of repairs. provides excellent customer service consistent with the TIVOL experience. 3+ YEars jewelry experience required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Receives jewelry items needing repair from customers.
- inspects Jewely to evaluate the condition and identify necesary repairs.
- Enters estimates into computer system.
- Timely notification to customers of estimates
- Regularly communicates by phone, text, email or in person with customers, vendors and other store personnel as to the status and charges associated with jewelry repair items.
- Listens to customer concerns, complaints or problems and takes appropriate action to relieve or eliminate the issue and when necessary involves management.
- Notifies customer of any delays for any reason regarding completion date
