Responsibilities include:
✔ Developing and executing a comprehensive, market-focused sales strategy
✔ Driving revenue and market share growth across targeted customer groups, channels, and geographies
✔ Providing strategic leadership to leverage our diversified portfolio
✔ Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
✔ Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction
✔ Contributing to marketing plans and promoting product applications
✔ Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
✔ Reviewing and rewarding employees to ensure competitiveness and results attainment
We are seeking candidates with:
- 10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience within industrial products
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and negotiating effectively
- BS or BA in related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 75% of the time
