Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a full time operations coordinator. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, a critical thinker, and adaptive. This position is a mobile job that will be assisting the CEO with administrative and operations related tasks.
Does not need previous restaurant experience but must be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage projects and assist the CEO with updates
Restaurant Involvement
- Manage routine checkups for all restaurants
- Help make sure all restaurants have supplies/ingredients
- Assist in other miscellaneous task
Communications Facilitator
- Assist in communication between internal departments
- Assist in communication between US and restaurant vendors
Data Management
- Accurately and efficiently present data that is received from all restaurants
Administrative duties
- Create filing systems
- Document Management
- Invoicing
- Calendar Management
Education
- Highschool or GED
- Bachelors degree
Skills and Abilities
Language
- Chinese is a must
- English is a must
- Spanish is preferred

Detailed
Critical Thinking and Analytical Approach to issues
Multi-tasking & Efficiency
Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
