The successful candidate will bring an amazing attitude and skill set as Advisor Concierge (Office Operational Administrator) to provide impeccable support to our team of RE Advisors and to provide a great first impression and introduction of us to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and very dynamic team player with effective communication skills and a great emphasis on servicing our advisors and clients. Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus. Demonstrating a willingness and ability to collaborate with other members of the Advisor Concierge team is a must. Outgoing personality is a must.
Job Description: This full-time position will run the office operations, with our RE Manager, smoothly and efficiently and foster a warm and collaborative environment in our Shop. A willingness to learn and navigate marketing applications and social media is essential. A priority is to maintain a positive, friendly, and professional company image by acting as the first line of contact and support to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

Schedule: 3 Days per week
