NO EXPERIENCE is required for this position, as on-the-job training is provided. However, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are important qualities for a successful crew member. Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

The primary duties of a crew member may include:
Taking customer orders: Crew members are responsible for taking customer orders and ensuring that they are accurately entered into the restaurant's point-of-sale system. They may also be responsible for handling cash transactions and making change.
Cleaning: Crew members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This may include cleaning counters, windows, restocking supplies, and keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
Customer service: Crew members must provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience. This may include answering questions about the menu, suggesting menu items.
Teamwork: Crew members must work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
