As a Member Experience Representative – Customer Service on the Member Experience Team, you will:
What you will do
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist members and providers by accurately providing healthcare benefits and claims related information
· Maintain strong relationships with clients while resolving questions, calls, and claims efficiently (primarily over the phone) in a fast-paced office environment
· Rely on your problem solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills to resolve a high volume of health plan benefits and claims inquiries
· Possess a drive to provide excellent customer service
· Input precertification information
· Troubleshoot incoming calls, customer correspondence, mail, and faxes
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years’ experience in customer service

Preferred requirements:
· Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
· Basic accounting skills
· Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes
· Bilingual
