We want you! Grazers Burgers and Beers will adjoin the new Moorcroft Lodge hotel, offering great food with the area customers and our hotel guests.
Job Summary: The manager will build, develop, and manage teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint including scheduling. The right candidate will monitor food cost and monthly inventories while delivering superior food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction. The manager is expected to respond to all customer concerns and build relationships with staff, guests, and community. Grazer’s manager will coordinate with the Moorcroft Lodge General Manager to promote events, and promotions.
Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Responsible for assisting the GM in recruiting, training and supervising staff.
· Ensures profitability of business by taking shifts, maintaining established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor and sales growth.
· Ability to establish and maintain adequate pars and order products accordingly.
· Knowledge of inventory including month-end processes related to inventory reconciliation.
· Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines.
· Ability to manage the guest experience by providing guest and staff service support to resolve issues and to help our company exceed guest and staff expectations.
· Prepares and presents staffing/sales reports to the Management Company.
· Complete knowledge of the menu including the price of each item, preparation time, portion size, plating & garnish procedures to ensure that food orders are properly prepared when served. Complete knowledge of the beverage menu including beverages offered and the price of each item. Adhere to management company policy and maintain menu concept.
· Assure that the dining room and service work areas are maintained in an attractive, sanitary manner by overseeing the performance of side-work duties.
· Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
· Assist the management team, as time permits, to perform any additional duties as designated by General Manager.
Requirements:
· 1+ years management experience in a similar concept preferred
· Night and weekend availability
· Starting Salary $35,000-$45,000 per year

Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
