Training and Development Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time position that provides a wide range of support for the Enterprise Quality Department.
This individual will develop and facilitate a comprehensive training program for MiSide Community Impact Network (MiSide) employees. This individual is responsible for designing, coordinating and facilitating a cohesive training program throughout the organization. This will be achieved through evaluating the existing training needs of MiSide and developing new and innovative strategies to meet the learning and development needs of the agency.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred
- Experience in task and time management
- Previous demonstrated training experience
- One to two years of mental health or related experience in human relations, customer service or contract management experience
- Ability to manage a diverse set of priorities
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
- Previous Experience as trainer preferred
- Advanced computer skills, experience with EHR, Microsoft 365, etc.
COMPENSATION:
$58,000 to $68,000 (Full-Time, Non-Union)
