Intrepid Financial Partners is an energy-focused merchant bank with approximately 50 employees and offices in Houston, New York City and Boston. Started in 2015, the firm has advised on ~$200bn of strategic and capital raising transactions and manages over $400mm across multiple investment strategies.
Intrepid is looking for an articulate, energetic and well-rounded team-oriented individual to help support its dynamic and growing business in its Houston office that currently has approximately 30 employees. The responsibilities of this position will be wide-ranging and will provide opportunity for growth and development. Emphasis on the responsibilities below will vary based on the skillset of each individual.
Office Administration Areas of Responsibility / Focus
- Support for all operations of the Houston office
- Answer roll-over phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
- Prepare meeting rooms for Video and Tele-Conference calls
- Make travel arrangements for selected senior professionals
- Complete expense reports for selected senior staff (via Concur)
- Communicate with property / building managers around office maintenance, work orders, and vendors
- Maintain supplies and groceries inventory
- Interact / coordinate with administration team in Houston and New York
- Interact with / manage various vendors (IT, communications, A/V, etc.) which may include troubleshooting, contract review and review of existing and new vendors
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
