We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service with the handling of inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct outbound calls.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Enter account information into the system accurately
- Resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Must have both good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and call handling procedures
