230pm-1030pm: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Take messages and dispatch them according to client’s instructions
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Obtain, enter and update all patient information in the patient’s electronic records to main accuracy for scheduling purposes.
Skills / Schedule Requirements:
1 Year PreviousCall Center Experience / Heavy Call Volume
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Computer Literate and must be able a minimum of 30 wpm
Responsible self starter who requires minimal supervision
High school diploma / GED
Computer / Hardware Requirements:
PC: must be Windows 10 Home or Pro with standard keyboard/mouse
Laptop: must be Windows 10 Home or Pro with standard keyboard/mouse
8 GIG RAM minimum required
Anti-virus with firewall Fast Internet speed
Must have ability to hard wire into internet modem with Ethernet cord [NO WIFI ALLOWED] Phone: working landline or cell phone
Headset: hands free & noise free canceling headset microphone that eliminates background sounds like dogs barking or people talking

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
