This is a position for a self-managed, self-starter to work for a small group of companies.
Admin duties include scheduling, answering the phone, attending meetings for owner and acting liaison when owner is not available.
Maintaining corporate files, accounting quick books (minimal), payroll, insurance administration (basically working on providing data for audits, renewals and COI's.
Full time but hours can be tailored, remote work is optional one day a week
