LunsPro Home Inspections provides home and commercial inspection services for real estate transactions in the Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC metropolitan area. We are seeking a full-time Services Manager to lead our inspection/services team. This includes leading, supporting and inspiring Inspectors, Trainers and Trainees; recruiting and training new inspectors; maintaining and improving company standards; goal setting and accountabilities; expanding services to new markets, and much more.
Having a background in real-estate home inspections is ideal. Other candidates we are looking for would have background in pest inspection management or management in other real estate fields. Do not apply if you don't meet any of those criteria. The perfect candidate would be someone with a strong background in Home Inspections or Pest Control Leadership, combined with proven leadership and customer service experience, with a desire to ascend into a Director of Services role in the future.
