We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our growing People & Culture team based in Chicago, IL. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and administration of roles throughout all of our US locations.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes sourcing techniques to identify candidates for all open positions.- Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
- Sources active candidates from on-line databases, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Conducts resume screening and setting up interviews for selected positions.
- Manages Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which includes setting up screening, posting jobs, submitting candidates to the Business Partner, P&C USA.
- Maintain all appropriate tracking.
- Responsible for ensuring candidates complete pre-hire requirements including background screening, and Psychometric testing.
- Participates in job briefings with People & Culture team as needed.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma- 1+ year of high-volume recruitment experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High skill level in customer service and teamwork
- Knowledge of recruiting technology (i.e. LinkedIn and Job Boards) an asset
- Possesses an independent and resourceful nature whilst structured and systematic in approach
- Excellent level of computer literacy (word, excel and Outlook)
