- Familiar with basic vehicle mechanical systems including pre / post trip inspection procedures

Coordinates and assists in the management of all operational needs associated with Greensboro Transit Agency’s Fixed Route Transit system. Direct accountability and oversight over all Fixed Route Operators, Dispatchers and Supervisors all shift. Provides supervision, counseling, coaching and the required resources to Para Transit Operators, Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure service is consistently conducted in compliance with established Federal, State, and local laws. Enforces company policies and provisions while managing a team in a Union environment. Oversees scheduling of Operators, monitors operations and coordinates service delivery to ensure timely pull-outs and strict adherence to Para Transit schedules. The Lead Fixed Route Shift Supervisor will work closely with the AGM of Operations, Fixed Route Operations Manager, Lead Fixed Route Shift Supervisor, both the Safety and Maintenance Managers to ensure that all safety, contractual, and operational requirements are being met
