We are seeking a psychologist with private practice experience and interest in joining a small, well-established, reputable, non-denomination group practice in Central Illinois. Interest in psychological assessment (ie pre-employment testing, police officer mental health screening, fitness for duty assessment, parent allocation evaluations and Court ordered assessment), employee assistance programs, training, and business consulting, and neuropsychology and/or neurofeedback are preferred. We are seeking a person who is open to a mentoring relationship, growing into a leadership role and possibly assuming future group ownership. Persons who appreciate a multi-disciplinary staff, are creative, lead by encouragement, are well-organized and self-motivated, and who value an collaborative approach will be highly considered. Background in writing, teaching, research, supervision, professional presentations, and employee management are also valued. Pay is based upon a percentage of the receivables, and therefore the pay range is just an estimate.
