Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering and directing incoming calls, and data entry of fire protection reports.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks, data entry,
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
