Ennish Construction Corp. is looking for an organized, interpersonal Office Assistant. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include answering phones, taking messages, and managing email and mail correspondence. You may also assist with onboarding employees, updating client files, and ordering office supplies.

Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel

Download weekly timesheets / transcribe crew & subs to payroll spreadsheet
Maintain autopay and insurance certificate folders.
Review submittals
Material ordering & logistics
Maintain insurance files
Project Complaince assist - Document control & submission
Material info - Submittals
Pre-approval preparation
