Overview: Merchant Industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ISO / RM Support to join our dynamic team. As an ISO / RM Support, you will play a critical role in supporting our Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our ISOs and RMs to ensure their success in generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be vital to managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
- Multitask effectively to meet the demanding needs of ISOs and relationship managers.
- Assist ISOs with various tasks and inquiries related to credit card processing.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ISOs and RMs, including preparing sales contracts, maintaining client databases, and organizing sales materials.
- Assist in onboarding new ISOs, including reviewing documentation, coordinating training, and setting up merchant accounts.
- Monitor and track ISO and RM performance and prepare performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with ISOs and RMs to resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with ISOs and RMs to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support ISOs and RMs in their sales efforts.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based at our Long Island City location.
- Position starts at $19.23 to $21.63 based on experience.
