Bellator Group, a small business located in downtown Leesburg, VA, has an immediate need for an Office Assistant to join our team. The perfect person for this job needs to be driven, as well as aspire to learn, grow, and to create opportunities for the company and themselves.
Bellator Group currently operates inside of the Intelligence, Training, Government Sales, Travel and Lodging markets as well as others. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for aiding in the day-to-day operations of Bellator Group . This position requires a person who is flexible and willing to take on many varied tasks at once. Strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to anticipate needs are desired. We are looking for a strong self-starter. This individual will maintain excellent relations with executive managers, staff, clients, and the community at-large.

Position Requirements
Executive Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Work with office staff on projects and assignments as needed, work assignments may change daily.
· Assist with the scheduling and logistics for new hire interviews.
· Work on projects and assignments that will require professional communication via phone and email with civilian as well as government clients.
· The ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing multiple concurrent projects
· Proven competencies in software applications and programs, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. Excellent word processing and file management skills.
· Good working knowledge of office equipment and procedures including computers, photocopiers, printers, telephone systems, filing systems, etc.
· Receive visitors in a courteous and professional manner; determines nature of visit and directs accordingly.
· Will work independently with minimal supervision or direction.
