Overview:
We are seeking high caliber and experienced Project Managers to join our team supplying custom materials to the high end, luxury home market. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing construction related material supply projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop scope, specifications & budgets for projects of varying scope & size.
- Manage project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timeline
- Coordinate project resources including vendors, team members & subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and budget items
- Communicate effectively with clients & vendors, fostering strong client and partner relationships
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Skills:
- Experience as a Project Manager with exposure to high end luxury homebuilding is a plus as is an understanding of architectural plan documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices relating to vendor materials purchasing, subcontractor contracts and coordination of resources
-Strong initiative with capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, performing effectively under pressure and with time deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide post project evaluation of team performance for continuous improvement
