Location Name: New York Office Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Bonobos is a seeking a Visual Merch Specialist to provide support to the Visual Merchandising Team by implementing compelling and impactful presentations in our Guideshops based on key investments and marketing initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will contribute to driving the overall business within our Guideshops while simultaneously setting the tone of how our brick-and-mortar stores look for years to come.

Execute floor and window changes at our various Bonobos full-price retail and outlet locations to highlight and showcase all key product initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.

Work closely with merchant teams to understand product categories and key item strategies.

Travel between Guideshops to execute guidelines, conduct walkthroughs, and provide VM training for field teams.

Provide insightful monthly photo review feedback for the field teams.

Support the Manager of Visual merchandising with the monthly directive creation process.

Execute focused visual training exercises in Guideshops using standards and training tools to educate store team members and ensure consistent execution.

New York Market: Communicate regularly with New York field leadership and provide in-person visual presentation feedback and direction.

Support new store openings, special events setups, showroom updates, and other visual installations.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
-
1-2 years of visual merchandising or retail experience with multi-unit and omnichannel brands whose work demonstrates seamless communications manifested within brick-and-mortar stores.

Able to travel, as needed, for store visits and new store openings.

Ability to work early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends
-
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to lift and move up to 25-50 lbs.
Critical Skills & Attributes

Have a strong comprehension of display production, visual merchandising standards, and monthly floor set processes.

Possess excellent communication skills to relay strategies to store teams effectively.

Consider yourself flexible and quick thinking and work independently and cross-functionally within a fast-paced work environment.

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
