What You’ll do as an HR Systems Analyst:
- Audit Management: Create, manage, and execute audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity
- System Learning & Configuration: Gain proficiency in UKG and other HR Systems to perform task-based needs analysis and system configuration
- Data Management: Assist in data cleansing, validation, and migration projects to maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and organizational decision-making
- Partnerships & User Support: Build relationships cross functionally to ensure positive experience with platform and to gather feedback on improvements. Provide technical support to end-users as needed
- Documentation: Thoroughly document processes, procedures and records system changes for troubleshooting and auditing
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
You’ll be a Great Fit if You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or equivalent combination of education and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience as an HR Systems Analyst or similar role.
- 2+ years’ experience with HR Systems including HRIS (UKG is a huge plus).
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources concepts, best practices, and processes such as talent acquisition/onboarding; position/job management; talent/skills assessment as well as annual performance management review and merit/bonus compensation planning
- Thorough understanding of business analysis, business process design/development and workflow automation
