Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Make reservations for amenities and submit maintenance work orders.
- Provide information about building amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other Building departments to ensure resident satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of front desk operations and Building CRM systems(Yardi, Building link, Butterfly, Active Building, etc..) is a plus.
