Donor Care Coordinator and Executive Assistant - Remote position, but will include occasional light travel in DFW metroplex. Previous work in a nonprofit or ministry is a plus.

We are looking for a special person who loves caring for, and serving, people well. While this role will be heavily weighted in the donor care space, there is also a strong administrative component. For the donor care portion of the role, we’re looking for someone to do the following:
- Care for, and love, our donors
- Ensure every donor is properly thanked, often multiple times
- Ensure some segments of donors receive reports on the impact of their giving
- Recognize giving anniversaries and birthdays
- Organize gifts when appropriate
- Ensure some segments of donors are being met with face-to-face by the appropriate E1 team member, or you
- Totally own the donor CRM database. We use Funraise
- Proactively intercept credit card expirations
- Cultivate relationships, prayer requests, and ways we can serve and love our donors
- Organize all events for donors
- Execute plans to win back lapsed, or former, donors
This is not a new donor fundraising acquisition role, nor is this a direct fundraising role. This is caring deeply for existing and lapsed donors for our ministry.
Executive Assistant portion of the role will:
- Manage executive scheduling and planning, including meetings and conference calls, proactively anticipating, and addressing potential scheduling conflicts given a very busy calendar
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other communications
- Attend various meetings, prepares agendas, and maintains meeting notes
- Experience with travel management. Understanding airline, hotel and rental car policies, Visa’s etc.
- Manage and collate expenses and receipts, submitting for reimbursement as needed (via Expensify
- Coordinate assistance with technology including CRM – Funraise, Asana, Google Workplace, Expensify, and Mailchimp
- Creative design, procure and inventory management of swag and collateral
- Active member of the leadership team serving as project manager. Manage operations providing oversight and guidance for special projects including quarterly newsletter and yearly donor correspondence
- Take charge of planning major events such as yearly fundraiser, quarterly micro-events, quarterly staff meetings, quarterly board meetings
- Monitoring performance, and tracking progress on action items
- Collect mail from post office and input deposit donations in to Funraise
