Customer Service Data Entry
Zoladz Construction Company – Genesee, PA
The Customer Service Data Entry role must be able to work independently and be able to collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies and customers. Must have the ability to manage all office tasks. They will also need to problem solve and manage inventory in a fast-paced company.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately taking orders from customers and inputting them into the appropriate systems
- Excellent communication skills with salesmen and customers via email and phone
- Dispatching orders to trucking companies
- Administrative duties including maintaining supplies, accurate records, filing and having an organized office space
- Maintaining accurate counts for product sales
- Great organization skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced independent office environment
- Collect payments from customers
- Record readings from truck scales
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of recent administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks is required
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be dependable, accurate, job focused, and be able to meet and exceed deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced company
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
