Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and presentation

Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru processes.

Recruit, train, and develop restaurant leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive individual growth and team success.

Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including wait times, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Open availability, including weekend shifts and holidays (restaurant closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving)
