Rapidly growing equipment manufacturer located in Byhalia, MS is now hiring for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering and directing phone calls, assisting departments with processing paperwork, maintain filling system, write and distribute email, letters, faxes, and forms, order office supplies, greet and direct visitors, handling light acounting duties (payables/receivables/billing).
Requirements include: working knowledge of office equipment such as computers, printers, and faxes. Proficiency in MS Office Programs. Excellent time management, written, and communication skills. Back-ground in similar role. High School degree or GED equivalent.
Eligible for company benefits after 60 days, which include: health (majority of premium for employee paid by employer), dental, and vision. Employee is eligible for 13 days of PTO during a full year of service. In their first year, PTO will be pro-rated based on their start date. Employees must complete their Introductory Period (their first 90 days of service) to be eligible to take PTO. It addition, the company provides for paid holidays and a 401K plan. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm. Compensation based on experience.
