We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients by answering overflow calls from all over the state. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input patient information into the EHR system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is required
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Knowledge of medical office procedures, medical terminology, or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
