Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the designated region. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key guests, distributors, and partners
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in technology sales is preferred
