Summary of Duties:
Responsible for performing a wide range of trade specific services for industrial and commercial clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Ensure that the plumbing services provided by the Field Services Department meet contract and customer requirements.
· Directly liaise with Customer Services to provide for quality and profitable outcomes from Field Services Activities.
· Assist General Superintendent in reviewing and reporting on project and service profitability.
· Assist the Customer Services Department in the coordination of PMA and service calls.
· Perform equipment start up and complete associated documentation.
· Perform quality control inspections on service work.
· Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics as needed to support field efforts.
· Assist in the training of Service Plumbing technicians as required.
· Directly liaise with Planned Maintenance Service Agreement Sales personnel no later than 3 months prior to contract expiration.
· Plan and oversee plumbing service field-based activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.
· Perform unsupervised work coordination activities. Activities include, but not limited to: coordination of project personnel, procurement of equipment and material, coordination of subcontractors, coordination with owner, customer, and/or general contractor.
· Assist in pricing and establishing scope of work with Account Managers or Inside Sales when required.
· Complete all work documentation as required by service procedures.
· Assist General Superintendent in reviewing individual project technicians.
· Guide field staff in properly completing specialized forms required, and assist in providing paperwork to the necessary departments.
· Provide owner training as required.
· Make decisions in a timely manner that is in the best interest of the company and customer.
· Call for inspections as projects or repairs require, meet with inspectors, and make sure job passes all required inspections.
· Assist in the training of Service plumbing technicians.
· Develop lead referrals resulting from project activities for the Sales Department or Inside Sales.
· Guide field staff in the execution of any or all of the tasks listed above.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
· Ability to climb up and down and maintain balance on stairs, ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools and equipment.
· Ability to see (naturally or with correction).
· Ability to use arms and hands to reach, handle or manipulate and install heavy objects and materials.
· Ability to balance, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, lean, stand, walk, climb, dig, backfill and compact.
Primary Career Level:
· Indirect supervision.
· Requires the use of advanced techniques and knowledge within his/her function.
· Applies diversified knowledge of applicable principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments.
· Makes decisions independently regarding complexities and methods.
· Supervision and guidance related largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts and policy matters.
· Liaison to groups within and outside of his/her organization with responsibility to act independently regarding matters pertaining to his/her function.
College/University graduate with 7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles

Pay: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
