Job Description: We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Commercial Landscaping Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in landscaping sales and a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, primarily through online bid boards, and preparing bid responses that showcase our services and capabilities. Additionally, you will utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping sector.
- Monitor online bid boards and respond to relevant bid opportunities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive bid responses that address client needs and showcase our expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Utilize CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com, to track sales activities, manage leads and opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial landscaping sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Compensation:
- $40,000 annual base salary
- $40,500 - $75,000+ or more commission & bonus based on performance
