Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years call center and scheduling experience (customer-facing)
- Exceptional computer skills needed
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook a must)
- CRM experience a PLUS
- Must be a team player
- Bi-Lingual Speaking (Spanish) a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customer
- Forward calls to appropriate department using a Mitel phone system
- Greet customers at the front office area
- Schedule appointments for external sales staff
- CRM database entries from calls taken

- Appointment scheduling skills (residential home services experience a PLUS)
- Empathy skills to understand customer concerns and address them satisfactorily

- Multi phone line proficiency (and ability to use a headset)
