We are a Nationwide E-Commerce Warehouse Assembly and Installation team. Many of our Projects include working on a variety of Amazon Programs across the nation. Other TEN4 Programs include working with International Robotic Manufacturers and within U.S. Military Facilities. Most warehouse projects consist of outfitting, retrofitting and/or decommissioning.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to travel alongside our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while mobilized. Professionalism, Reliability and Communication are among the leading skills we will be searching for.
Duties:
- Implement project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinating with Team’s Mobilization (Project Arrival, Site Travel, Project Departure).
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Team Oversight and use of manual and power tools.
Travel Incentives:

- Per Diem after 30 Day Evaluation Period ($20-$50 Daily).

Work Experience and Requirements:
- 1 plus years of project managing experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Amazon Operations/Leadership Experience is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- A passport is helpful, but not a requirement.
- Required to lift over 50lbs.
Education:
- Associate degree and/or higher recommended.
- High School Diploma required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Project Management software such as (Gmail/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Requirements Management and Program Development.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and conduct Requirements Analysis.
- Experience in Project Troubleshooting and Program Management.
- Forklift, Scissor lift or Boom lift experience helpful
- AutoCAD experience beneficial (Reading Plans and Layouts)
- OSHA and Additional Certifications are a plus
- Skilled in Meeting Facilitation for effective communication and collaboration.
