Requirements:
- Reliability. On Time, Every Time.
- Take pride in your work. Timely, clear and completed paperwork is essential.
- Ensure customer has an excellent experience during visit; Communicate.
- Greet customers warmly and promptly. Nobody likes being taken for granted.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information and inspect vehicle at check-in. Know your business.
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. Listen, ask questions and verify information.
- Establish follow up time. Keep your commitments and follow through.
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle. Do your homework; you're a professional.
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts miscelanious fees and taxes. Quality estimates provide quality information.
- Engage customers to understand and approve recommended services and repair. Communicate, ask and answer questions. Verify the customer knows what and why you are recommending what you are recommending.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently. Do you like wondering if you have a ride home? Neither does anyone else so, communicate.
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Paperwork is for winners. Winners make the commissions. Be a winner.
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers. Really - do it. Customers are people and people like to be informed.
