**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability
- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase customer traffic
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular store meetings to communicate objectives and provide updates
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in store management with a strong understanding of retail operations
- Proficient in payroll management, shift scheduling, and retail math
