Position: Front Office Manager - Houston, TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Front Office Manager who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team at Memorial Plastic Surgery. This role will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and overseeing the daily operations of the front office at our location in Houston, TX.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office operations, including provider schedules, staffing, patient check-in/out, scheduling appointments/surgeries, and answering phone calls.
- Maintain efficient scheduling of our multi-physician practice to enhance patient experience.
- Train and supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee administrative support tasks, such as insurance verification, daily reconciliation of payments/receipts and balances.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of patient care.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining legal and accreditation compliance concerning federal, state, and local regulations, including AAAHC
- Be a cultural role model and tend to employee relations issues, under the guidance of Human Resources and Company policies
- Work in partnership with the Management team to ensure a remarkable patient experience that adheres to our Practice’s standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager/Supervisor or similar administrative role required, preferably in cosmetic/plastic surgery, dermatology or medical spa.
- Possess great people skills with a professional demeanor, outgoing personality and ability to interface with patients.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer focus with a caring attitude.
