Customer Service Agent: Checkpoints Agent

Pacific Central Services: We're hiring for airport customer service agents ASAP (as soon as possible). This job is shift-based, and available shifts are currently (though subject to change with operational/budgeting needs):
4:45AM-1PM (extended hours to 3:30PM available) - Checkpoint Agent .
Where our airport customer service agents work:
- Security Checkpoint Agent - Checking Passengers In, Wayfinding, and Assisting at Checkpoint.
This is a highly visible position to the traveling public and you must enjoy engaging and directing guests. You will need to stand out and speak up to make it easy for passengers to find the help they need and to manage lines and queues.
Work is not remote and is done on-site and located at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, 17801 International Boulevard, SeaTac, WA 98158.
Starting wage will begin at $20.00 per hour. Benefits after probation includes 401K, paid sick days. Medical insurance, dental and vision benefits is available for those meeting eligibility requirements.
The airport is open 365 days a year which will include weekends and holidays.

You will be actively involved in wayfinding, managing waiting spaces for travelers flying out, redirecting and assisting guests through security checkpoint entrances or assisting passengers within the checkpoints.
We offer a friendly smile, helping hand, or even a translation (or several). You will need to be professional and motivated by interacting with those at Seattle Tacoma International Airport to be successful at this job. As you will be dealing with large crowds and sometimes long lines, the confident and friendly are encouraged to apply.
You will also need to feel confident in using available technology to communicate with colleagues and share information with customers such as the use of phone apps (flySEA or Mobile Passport) and the use of two-way radios. This will be a very active position with frequent walking and standing or sitting for extended periods of time excluding breaks.
Due to our work assisting SEA region's traveling public as well as other workers providing services to our guests, our team members must be able to communicate effectively in English fluently.
One must be able to obtain and maintain an airport badge.
