RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will plan, manage and coordinate all production activities within a M+H production shift and is responsible for delivering overall production performance in alignment with the Emcor standards while meeting or exceeding manufacturing KPI’s. He/she will supervise all employees in the area of responsibility (but not disciplinary) and actively participate in the production process and activities.

Ensure that the product quality is in compliance with the M+H technical and quality standards as well as the customer requirements.
· Support the RPS/8D Process in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Production Supervisor to ensure that the quality standards are met, participate in the RPS discussions/meetings
· Ensure the quality approval of the products by the Quality Inspectors/Supervisors and implement corrective actions in case of deviations, control if the corrective measures are effectively applied
· Implement, coordinate and control the accuracy, cleanliness and the order of the production area/activities (e.g. manage the Walk the floor process, ensure the 5A Process (zoning), implement the Production Basics, ensure the execution of the cleaning schedule, etc.)
· Ensure that the machines and technical equipment are properly used and maintained
Manage/execute the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Process, control for loss and/or damages of the machines and equipment, ensure the repair/maintenance service.
· Coordinate and control the set-up processes in accordance with the pre-defined schedule
Manage the plant and machine safety, ensure that all safety requirements, sustainability issues and legal regulations are fulfilled.
· Ensure and maintain of all records as per ISO Standards
· Manage the employees´ safety by conducting health management events/workshops
Manage the information flow within the team of employees and distribute the information to the respective parties
· Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed, provide job assignments and recommendations to the employees, ensure the training of the new employees
REQUIREMENTS:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant field of technical or business education
· Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant supervisor experience in the automotive industry
