BASE COMPENSATION: $110,000-$150,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Who we are
- Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) is a high-impact nonprofit advocacy organization with an important purpose, clear mission, strong values, and transparent core beliefs that fights forward to create a world of maximal individual liberty primarily through litigation and culture (though we also engage in lobbying and other programs)
- We founded FPC Law (FPCLaw.org), the nation’s preeminent legal action program focused on the right to keep and bear arms and adjacent rights
What you’ll do
- Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) assigned functions, staff, and service providers
- Be a strong, responsible, culture and results-driven manager
- Develop budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans
- Translate the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, deliverables, and results
- Direct marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies
- Test, implement, and scale operations, strategies, and tactics to achieve assigned objectives and results
- Utilize technology and data to identify trends, changes, opportunities, and risks
- Timely collect, review, analyze, and communicate data with precision
- Prepare accurate reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials
- Thoughtfully coordinate between functions, executives, external partners, and others
- Work with colleagues and contractors to improve processes and systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality
- Perform other duties and manage people and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Have alignment with and support for FPC’s Purpose, Core Beliefs, Current Mission, Ethic, and Expectations
- Be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must reside in the Las Vegas area prior to start of work
- Have a degree in marketing, business, communications, or another relevant field from an accredited U.S. school
- Have at least 5 years of experience in B2C digital marketing or political marketing/fundraising
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a true management/supervisory role
- Have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills (fluent in U.S. English), excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle conflict and work well under pressure, a commitment to teamwork, empathy, listening, and a positive attitude
- Have excellent attention to detail, comprehension, analysis, and writing skills
- Have excellent processing, organizational, and work management skills
- Have excellent judgment and the ability to independently frame issues, arguments, and responses
- Be a genuinely excellent human being who lives our values, loves our mission, hates to lose, and wants to help us win
- Have high integrity, high competence, and high drive, as well as a willingness to adapt, take on challenges, learn, and grow

- Experience building and implementing marketing funnels/customer journeys from lead generation, email, text messaging, and social media marketing, to fulfillment
