Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to help open our first location in Austin, TX. As the GM, you will be responsible for the operations of the clinic to meet the needs of our patients and staff. If you have a strong background and skill in overall clinical, sales, and operations management, as well as an interest in health and wellness services, we encourage you to apply.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a clear culture of exceptional clinical quality.
- Supervise policies and programs that drive clinical results and clinical safety for employees and patients.
- Hire, engage, and retain highly qualified clinical and non-clinical employees.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and maintain productivity at all times.
- Ensure the clinic meets all financial goals through growing sales/customer base and controlling costs.
- Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and services within the store, and stay up to date on all membership details and offerings.
- Personally handle or direct complex prospective customer interactions, ensuring all Clinic employees know the process for alerting Sales Team of any new customer leads or existing member upgrade conversations.
- Act as liaison to the Sales team to ensure continued growth of the customer base.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure ease of purchasing and stocking.
- Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
- Maintain a culture of exceptional customer service and focus on meeting patient needs, including establishing protocols for addressing member complaints, requests and feedback, and escalating important issues as necessary.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Passion for fitness, wellness and health optimization
- 2+ years in healthcare industry management
- 2+ years in clinic or retail management
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong sales abilities with prior direct sales experience preferred
- Highly organized and driven
- Ability to operate basic business software programs
- Non-judgemental outlook and a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in team environment and also excel at working independently
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
